Donna Prince Serafine Debbie Salyers Nash and Audrey Salyers Dotson, wouldn't it be nice to see (providing it still existed) the homes of your mom and my grandfather..i always wondered about the house daddy lived in w/his mom and dad before the shooting and grandma and grampa prince's house as that is where daddy and uncle raymond lived for several years before going to Ashland.

Patricia McCoy The last time I was there, the old Bays store had collapsed. Webbville used to have a high school-my oldest brother graduated from there, 2 grocery stores, Bays and Ralph Woods family. It had a hotel-it was the end (I think) of the Blue Goose railway. I remember the stores, but everything else was before my time.😏 I went to school (3rd to 8th grades) at Webbville Elementary. It was a new school, consolidated from one room schools. Now it is a church, I believe. Haven't been there for a few years.

Marlitta Perkins And so much has disappeared over the years, too, Patricia. My family lived in the Webbville area, around about Needmore. Feels like home to me even though I've never lived there.

Reply3h

Marlitta Perkins Well, Duchess...Janice Tomes has ignored my request to give proper credit or delete the post, if she wasn't willing to do this. Instead, she has blocked me from seeing this post and also banned me from her "If Kentucky is a Part of You" page. I'm exploring my legal options now. Taking photographs without permission by the owner and posting them without proper credit, even though after being made aware, is theft!
